If you want to return your watch, you can do so for free within 100 days. Just send a copy of your receipt to support@paradoux.com and we will send you a free return-label. Please note that you can only return your watch if the tag is still on and if the the watch is not visibly used.
We ship all watches with FedEx, and we can ship to almost every location in the world. However, we do not ship to Russia.
If you have waited more than 4-5 days, please check the email we sent you with the provided tracking link. If needed, you can contact the courier for more info, or alternative contact us at support@paradoux.com.
The battery will last around +-4 years. If you have a period of not using the watch, you can pull out the crown a little to save battery. In order to change battery, you need to visit a watch shop that quickly can replace the battery.
We provide a standard 2 years warranty. You can add additional 3 years of warranty if you register your watch online at paradoux.com/register.
The extended warranty provided only covers the actual watch and mesh strap. Not the battery and leather strap.
We do not recommend to shower or swim with our watches. Our watches are made to withstand 5 ATM – in order to withstand water the watch needs to be 10 ATM.
